Sept. 24th, 2009Minerva Condos is pleased to announce that we are now able to accept purchase contracts!

Sept. 4th, 2009The purchase process has now been posted to the Purchase Your Unit page. Make sure to read everything over, but don't wait too long! Interest is high, and you don't want to miss out on getting your favorite unit, so be ready to go when pre-sales open next week.

Sept. 3rd, 2009It's taken the Minerva Condos team just a little bit longer than expected to put all the finishing touches upon the Purchase Your Unit page and the pre-sale documents. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Look for the Purchase Your Unit page to be launched tomorrow, Friday Sept. 4th.

In the meantime, we're extremely excited to let you know that on Monday we received our signed and sealed site plan! This is a tremendous accomplishment for our project and represents that Minerva Condos is ready to put shovel to dirt. It won't be long now!
